About the Role:
Couriertech is looking for a Senior Executive, Data & Business Automation to manage analytics dashboards, develop low-code automation workflows, build AI-assisted tools, and support model deployment pipelines. This hands-on role involves using data and technology to improve courier operations and automate business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Metabase dashboards for courier operations, hub performance, SLA tracking, and merchant reporting.
- Write complex SQL queries in BigQuery for analysis, KPI tracking, and operational decision-making.
- Define metric definitions and reporting standards.
- Automate reports, scheduled data pulls, summaries, and alerts using Google Sheets and Apps Script.
- Build internal tools and admin panels in Retool and Appsmith, connecting databases, REST APIs, and BigQuery.
- Design multi-step workflows in n8n and Make, integrating reporting tools, messaging platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Replace repetitive manual processes with low-code or no-code solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and document live workflows, including webhook failures and retry logic.
- Build and deploy AI agents using Claude Code, Codex, DeepSeek, and Copilot, with frameworks or protocols such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or MCP.
- Integrate LLM APIs, implement RAG with vector stores, and develop persistent agent memory.
- Deploy internal tools and agent services using Docker and CI/CD, and manage nginx and VM environments.
- Apply security practices for API keys, OAuth2, and signed webhooks.
- Serve ML models through FastAPI or Flask REST APIs, track experiments with MLflow, and monitor model drift and accuracy.
