Job Summary:

Live Shopping is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support daily Human Resources and Administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee documentation, payroll assistance, office administration, and internal communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage office and branch-related purchases and coordinate with vendors.
  •  Ensure proper distribution and maintenance of employee ID cards and visiting cards.
  •  Conduct branch visits and provide administrative support.
  •  Coordinate logistics and administrative activities for smooth office operations.
  •  Maintain office records and documentation accurately.
  •  Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  •  Publish job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  •  Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases.
  •  Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants.
  •  Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
  •  Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and personnel files.
  •  Prepare official notices, memos, and internal communications.
  •  Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  •  Create and update employee records within HR systems.
  •  Assist in preparing Job Descriptions (JDs) and HR-related documentation.
  •  Coordinate with recruitment agencies and third-party hiring platforms.

Educational Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  •  1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  •  Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
  •  Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management systems.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
