Digital Marketing Executive – Cold Email Outreach

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team for Cold Email Outreach activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of lead generation, email outreach, prospect research, and basic digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Research and collect potential leads from different online platforms.
• Create and manage cold email outreach campaigns.
• Write professional and engaging email copies for outreach.
• Manage email lists, clean data, and organize leads properly.
• Use tools for email finding, verification, campaign management, and tracking.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records.
• Track campaign performance, including open rate, reply rate, and conversion rate.
• Work with the team to improve outreach strategy and campaign results.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports of outreach activities.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Experience with cold email outreach will be preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to research companies, decision-makers, and contact information.
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Hunter, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and email verification.
• Organized, target-driven, and able to work independently.
