Junior Executive – Customer Acquisition

About the Role:

Druto Fintech Limited (Drutoloan) is looking for energetic and target-driven individuals to join our team as Junior Executive – Customer Acquisition. This is a full-time field-based role where the selected candidate will work directly in assigned areas to promote the company’s financial products and onboard new customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in outdoor environments. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply, while candidates with previous sales, marketing, or MFS experience will receive preference.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving customer acquisition targets, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and submitting regular activity reports. This position offers excellent career growth opportunities within the fintech industry.
