Junior Executive – Credit Operations

Job Overview:

Druto Fintech Limited (Drutoloan) is looking for a dedicated and energetic Junior Executive – Credit Operations to join our growing fintech team. This is a fully field-based role where the selected candidate will work directly with clients and shops within assigned areas to manage collection and verification activities.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations and shops to collect installment payments, providing official receipts, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining accurate collection records. The role also includes client verification visits, supporting loan disbursement and recovery operations, and preparing daily field activity reports.

Applicants should be comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and have strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients. Candidates familiar with the local areas and those with previous collection or field experience will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Visit shops and client locations to collect installment payments
•  Provide official receipts for all collections
•  Follow up on overdue and pending payments
•  Prepare and submit daily field activity reports
•  Maintain proper collection and client records
•  Visit client homes/offices for verification
•  Support loan disbursement and recovery activities
•  Build positive communication with clients
•  Identify risky clients and report to supervisors
•  Follow company policies and collection procedures
•  Achieve monthly collection targets
