1. Start with Your Personal Information

The first section of a CV should include your basic personal details so employers can easily contact you.

Include:

  1. Full Name
  2. Phone Number
  3. Email Address
  4. Address (optional)
  5. LinkedIn or portfolio link (if available)

Example:

Name: Ovi Rahman

Phone: +880XXXXXXXXXX

Email: ovi@email.com

2. Write a Professional Summary

A professional summary is a short paragraph (2–4 lines) that describes who you are and what you can offer to the employer.

Example:

"Motivated and hardworking individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Seeking an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization and grow professionally."

3. Add Your Education

In this section, mention your academic qualifications. List them from the most recent to the oldest.

Example:

  1. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  2. XYZ University, 2023
  3. Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
  4. ABC College, 2019

4. Include Your Work Experience

If you have work experience, include it here. Write the job title, company name, and responsibilities.

Example:

Sales Assistant – ABC Company

2022 – 2023

  1. Assisted customers and handled product inquiries
  2. Maintained product displays
  3. Helped increase sales through customer service

If you are a fresher, you can include internships or volunteer work.
