Manual QA Testing for Web Application

About Role

Perform structured manual testing of a web application before release. The goal is to identify functional, usability, responsive-layout, and regression issues across important user journeys. We need detailed, reproducible bug reports that help developers fix issues efficiently. The successful freelancer will be expected to work independently, share progress at agreed checkpoints, and raise questions early when a requirement needs clarification. All submitted work should be original, well organized, and ready for practical use after reasonable review.

Requirements

• Review requirements and create a practical test checklist.
• Test registration, login, forms, search, payments, and key workflows.
• Check common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
• Record severity, steps, expected result, actual result, and evidence.
• Retest fixes and maintain a clear status summary.
• Highlight risks that should block release versus minor improvements.
