Support a small software team in adopting a focused Agile delivery rhythm. The Scrum Master will facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog clarity while helping the team remove blockers. We want practical process improvement that increases visibility and delivery quality rather than ceremony for its own sake.
