Excel Financial Reporting Dashboard

About Role

Create an Excel dashboard for monthly financial and operational reporting. The workbook should allow users to paste or import updated data and receive reliable summaries without rebuilding formulas manually. It must be understandable to non-technical staff and protected against common input errors. The successful freelancer will be expected to work independently, share progress at agreed checkpoints, and raise questions early when a requirement needs clarification. All submitted work should be original, well organized, and ready for practical use after reasonable review.

Requirements

• Design a clean input, calculation, and reporting sheet structure.
• Create summary metrics for revenue, cost, margin, and variance.
• Add charts and filters that support monthly and category analysis.
• Use formulas that are transparent and easy to maintain.
• Add validation and clear instructions for future updates.
• Test the workbook with sample data and explain the logic.
