3D Interior Visualization for Apartment

About Role

Create realistic 3D interior visuals for a residential apartment based on drawings, measurements, and a style reference. The renders should help the client understand space planning, materials, lighting, furniture placement, and the overall atmosphere before construction or renovation decisions are finalized. The successful freelancer will be expected to work independently, share progress at agreed checkpoints, and raise questions early when a requirement needs clarification. All submitted work should be original, well organized, and ready for practical use after reasonable review.

Requirements

• Model the agreed rooms from the supplied plans and measurements.
• Develop a coherent material, lighting, and furniture direction.
• Provide draft views for composition approval before final rendering.
• Create at least four high-resolution final views.
• Make reasonable revisions to layout, materials, and lighting.
• Deliver render files and editable 3D source files when applicable.
