We’re Hiring Junior Executive – Customer Acquisition

About Job:

Druto Fintech Limited (DrutoLoan) is looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated candidates for the position of Junior Executive – Customer Acquisition. The selected candidates will work in assigned field locations to promote company financial services, onboard new customers, and achieve customer acquisition targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work comfortably in outdoor field activities. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply, while candidates with prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Mobile Financial Services (MFS) will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company financial products in assigned areas
• Visit field locations regularly for customer acquisition activities
• Onboard new customers properly into the platform
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets
• Identify potential business opportunities in the market
• Submit daily reports and activity updates to the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum HSC passed
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Comfortable with outdoor/field-based work
