About Role

ACI Logistics Limited is looking for motivated freshers for the position of TSO / TSE – Store Expansion. The role focuses on expanding grocery and super stores into retail outlets, identifying potential investors and locations, developing business relationships, and supporting the successful conversion and onboarding of new retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand grocery and super stores into retail outlets.
• Identify and source potential investors for new store expansion.
• Find suitable locations for new retail outlets based on market potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, landlords, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify high-potential areas for retail expansion.
• Support the onboarding and initial setup of newly converted retail outlets.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external business partners.
• Achieve assigned targets related to store conversion and expansion.
• Handle field-based responsibilities independently and proactively.
