Telemarketing Executive – NeoSmile

About Role:

NeoSmile Aesthetic Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced, confident, and result-driven Female Telemarketing Executive to manage patient inquiries through calls and messages. The role focuses on following up with prospective patients, explaining clinic services, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in lead conversion and appointment booking, along with the ability to communicate professionally and meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries through phone calls, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp.

• Follow up with potential patients and convert leads into appointments.

• Provide information about dental treatments, clinic services, and promotional offers.

• Maintain accurate daily call records and appointment reports.

• Achieve monthly appointment booking and conversion targets.

• Ensure professional communication with patients throughout the inquiry and booking process.

BDT 15,000–20,000, negotiable based on experience and skills, plus performance-based incentives.
