Tele-Sales Executive (Experienced Only)

About the Role:

Zahfe Foods is looking for an experienced and motivated Tele-Sales Executive who is not only skilled in selling but also genuinely interested in helping customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication abilities, a problem-solving mindset, and proven experience in tele-sales, especially in the food-based business sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, confirming orders, following up with clients, and increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques. You will also coordinate with the courier and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing.

The company is looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands customer needs, and is comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Candidates must have previous experience in tele-sales; freshers are not encouraged to apply.
