Short-Form Video Editor (Reels Specialist)

UrboArt Digital, a growing Media & Marketing Agency based in Uttara, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Short-Form Video Editor to join our team.

If you can transform a simple talking-head video into a scroll-stopping reel that keeps viewers watching until the end, we’d love to hear from you!

🔎 Who We’re Looking For

You should have a strong understanding of what makes short-form content engaging, including:

✅ Attention-grabbing hooks within the first 1–2 seconds
✅ Retention-focused pacing and storytelling
✅ Clean, feed-native cuts without unnecessary over-design
✅ Engaging captions and subtitles with rhythm and emphasis
✅ Tasteful motion graphics and text animations
✅ Effective B-roll sourcing and integration
✅ Beat-synced editing and creative sound design
✅ Proper delivery in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats

🎯 Required Technical Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro — required
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects or CapCut
• Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation
• Basic colour correction and audio cleanup
• Fast and organised file management using Google Drive

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Edit 15–60 second reels for creators, coaches, e-commerce brands and podcasters
• Follow clear editing briefs—we handle strategy, ideation and filming
• Maintain a consistent editing style across a high volume of content
• Occasionally edit multicamera podcast videos
• Grow into a Senior Editor or Team Lead role as the agency expands
