About Role:

Touronto Travelers Group is looking for a passionate, energetic, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive. The role focuses on promoting travel products, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, visa services, and other travel products.

• Generate sales leads through online and offline marketing activities.

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Visa Team to ensure smooth customer service.

• Assist with promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and marketing events.

• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain organized customer records.

• Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, and company products.

Education Requirement:
