Junior Manager – Accounts Department

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and bank reconciliation.
• Assist with VAT, tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain supplier and customer accounts and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate with the finance team, management, and other departments.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in the garments accessories manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of VAT, tax, and Bangladesh financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
