IT Technician – B-3 Group

About Role:

B-3 Group is urgently hiring an experienced Technician for its Dhaka Corporate Office. The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV, networking, server, and biometric systems, with site visits and fieldwork as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, IP cameras, and DVR/NVR systems.

• Set up LAN connections, routers, switches, and network cabling.

• Identify and resolve network connectivity issues.

• Perform server setup, configuration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot fingerprint attendance, biometric, and access control systems.

• Work with network devices and other technical equipment.

• Diagnose technical problems and provide timely, effective solutions.

• Conduct site visits and fieldwork as needed.

• Communicate professionally and responsibly with customers.

• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
