HR & Organizational Development Executive

About the Role:

Rokomari is looking for an HR & Organizational Development Executive to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, talent development, and people operations.

The role focuses on organizational development, strategic HR practices, workplace psychology, HR analytics, process improvement, and AI-driven productivity initiatives.

Candidates with strong leadership ability, communication skills, analytical mindset, and interest in modern HR practices will get preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture & Organizational Development:

• Improve organizational culture, trust, and collaboration
• Identify cultural gaps and suggest improvements
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Improve communication and team effectiveness

Strategic HR & Talent Management:

• Support KPI / OKR based performance systems
• Assist talent development and succession planning
• Support leadership pipeline development
• Apply modern HR practices

Human Psychology & Team Effectiveness:

• Understand team behavior and motivation
• Support conflict resolution and collaboration
• Improve communication and accountability

Data-Driven HR Practices:

• Analyze performance, retention, and engagement data
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards
• Identify organizational improvement areas

Process Improvement & AI:

• Improve HR workflows and automation
• Use AI tools for productivity and reporting
• Support HR process optimization initiatives
