Early Learner's Assistant (Math)

About the Role:

BRAC Kumon Kazipara Center is looking for a dedicated and energetic Early Learner's Assistant (Math) to support students through the Kumon learning method. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children and have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

In this role, you will assist students with classwork, mark and grade worksheets, monitor academic progress, and support instructors in center management activities. You will also communicate student progress with instructors and parents while ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.

The ideal applicant should be punctual, professional, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Fresh graduates with a mathematics background are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mark and grade Kumon worksheets
• Assist students during classwork
• Report student progress to instructors and parents
• Grade classwork and homework following Kumon methods
• Support instructors with center management
• Help maximize student learning abilities
