Hiring: E-commerce Marketplace Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Banani, Dhaka. Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing & Digital Media Specialist to lead and execute a multi-channel; multi-market marketing strategy focused on connecting Bangladeshi brands with global diaspora audiences. We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to scale a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace. This role requires strong expertise in multi-channel marketing, customer acquisition, and data-driven growth strategies.
This is a strategic and execution-heavy role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, brand positioning, content strategy, and diaspora audience targeting across the UK and other international markets. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and marketplace adoption, working closely with leadership, vendors, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of high-quality, conversion-driven content—including product storytelling, vendor/brand narratives, and short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)—while ensuring brand consistency across all channels and positioning our marketplace as a trusted global gateway for Bangladeshi products.
• Plan & execute campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Youtube & other platform
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Eid, Ramadan, weddings), marketplace-wide promotions, and product launch campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion & retention
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall funnel performance
• Lead content strategy including short-form video & product storytelling
• Manage influencer, affiliate & marketplace campaigns
Requirements:
• 5+ years in digital marketing (e-commerce/marketplace preferred)
• Proven track record in scaling paid campaigns
• Strong analytical and performance marketing skills • Hands-on with Ads Manager, GA4, and CRM tools
