Customer Care Executive

About the Role:

CS Care is looking for friendly, professional, and responsible individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle clients, students, parents, and visitors professionally.

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing inquiries, handling appointments, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. You will also communicate with clients through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels while maintaining a professional and supportive environment.

The ideal applicant should be smart, punctual, organized, and capable of handling pressure while maintaining productivity. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients, students, parents, and visitors
  • Guide visitors to appropriate departments
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
  • Respond to inquiries through phone, Facebook, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain visitor records and documentation
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth communication
  • Maintain a professional and friendly customer service environment

Education Requirement:

Graduation Completed

Experience Required:

Prior customer service experience preferred

Full Time:

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
