Center Officer (CO)

About the Role:

BRAC Kumon Shantinagar Center is looking for a dedicated and organized Center Officer (CO) to support daily center operations, student management, and administrative activities.

The selected candidate will communicate with stakeholders, manage student records, support center administration, and ensure smooth coordination between instructors and clients.

Candidates from the Shantinagar area and those with experience working with children will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders regularly
• Prepare and submit monthly reports
• Manage and update student databases
• Handle client queries and coordinate responses
• Monitor administrative activities
• Support center management operations
• Maintain communication through online and offline channels

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Organized, punctual, and professional attitude
• Comfortable working with children aged 4–14
• Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office

• Candidates residing near Shantinagar area
• Experience working with children
